Our Focus

Developing Butterflies helps each of our little sisters with the following:
  • Character building 
  • Discovering and embracing their self-confidence
  • Understanding they are a product of their decision, not their environment 
  • Help them discover what their truest, highest vision is for themselves
  • Work hard in school
  • Prepare for college, training, and career
  • Expose them to different opportunities and activities
  • Prepare them with the tools they need for life
  • Meet new people and build sisterhood
  • And, we listen to what our little sister deal with and help them come up with a solution

Education

A solid foundation in education is key to success later in life. Our program provides building tools to assist our little sisters on their educational paths. 

Self-Improvement

Basic health care that many of us take for granted can be hard for others to access. We address these areas with our little sisters and expose them to resources available to them. 

Serving Community

When we strengthen communities, we strengthen individuals. It's important that little sisters are aware of how they can affect their surroundings and vice versa, and our program shows them how.
